Account Closure and Suspension: We reserve the right to close or suspend an Account and refund any held funds if you are not in compliance with these Terms or if we reasonably believe you are not complying. Closure or Suspension Without Notice: We retain the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice and return all funds. Matured contractual obligations, however, will be honored.
Wager Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any wager at any time for various reasons, including wagers placed in a fraudulent manner to circumvent betting limits or system regulations.
Mistakenly Credited Funds: If an amount is mistakenly credited to your Account, it remains our property. Once we identify such a mistake, we will notify you, and the amount will be withdrawn from your Account.
Overdrawn Account: If, for any reason, your Account becomes overdrawn, you will be in debt to us for the overdrawn amount.
Reporting Errors: You must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with your Account.
Responsible Betting: Betting is meant for entertainment, and you should stop when it ceases to be enjoyable. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If you believe you’ve lost control of your gambling, we offer a self-exclusion option. Notify our Customer Support Department via your Registered Email Address that you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE, and this request will take effect within 24 hours. Account Transfer Prohibited: You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your Account to another person. Inactive Accounts
Inactive Account Fee: If your Account remains inactive for twelve consecutive months or more (no logins, logouts, bets, or Service usage), and your Account holds a positive balance, we will charge an Inactive Account Fee of €5 (or equivalent currency) per calendar month.
Fee Notification: We will inform you about the Inactive Account Fee starting on the eleventh month of inactivity, and you will always have the option to log in and withdraw your funds.
Fee Withdrawal: The Inactive Account Fee will be deducted monthly from your Account balance, but only for the period when no Account activity occurs after the initial twelve-month period. If the Inactive Account Fee is due and your Account balance is less than €5 (or equivalent currency), the fee will comprise the remaining funds in your Account.
